Avirate provides the best quality products suitable for wide range of customers to satisfy their needs. However, in case you are not satisfied with the products purchased, we have simple Return/Exchange policy.

Step 1:

Reason for Return/ Exchange

  • You need a different size
  • The style is not as expected

Step 2:

Inform us

  • Call us/email us/ raise a return/Exchange request through your Avirate account within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Send the item back to us through our dedicated logistic partner.

Step 3:

Exchange/ Credit/ Money Back

  • New merchandise will be shipped in the size you require (One Time Exchange)
  • Full amount will be credited to your Avirate account or will be added to your Loyalty Points
  • Refund for Prepaid order will be made directly to the customer bank account within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the item. For COD we will require your bank details, refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the item.

Return Policy

  • Return/Exchange request for the products purchased on should be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the products
  • Items has to be in original package, unused and intact with tags
  • Fill in the return/exchange form which will be a part of the package.
  • Refunds/exchange will be made only for unused items which passes our quality check.
  • The above return/Exchange policy is not applicable for Lingerie and Fashion Jewellery.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

  • Select the product which you previously purchase and wanted to return or exchange
  • Ask for return or exchange of product
